Boring but necessary

The initial meet-up is not charged but subsequent meetings will be charged pro rata, at the agreed hourly rate. Obviously, the agreed hourly rate does not include any other expenses that I may incur during our sessions.

Kindly bring money when going on outings, enough to cover the cost of any entrance fees for both of us, and not forgetting money for meals and drinks for the day. I will always make sure that we are given receipts where possible for all transactions. In the case where we use my car, mileage will be charged at an agreed rate.

I keep a diary of the session for some of my clients; it is up to you if you want the same. In some cases, it is a communication tool with other principals in the client’s life. In one case, it is a record of the cooking recipes we have used. In another case, it is a way of both the client and I going through what we have done and enjoyed, or not!

Please fill in this form for me and add anything that you think I should know about you for the smooth running of our sessions. This information will not be shared with anyone else without your permission. However, in an emergency, I may need to give out your emergency telephone contacts, if I am not in a position to call them directly myself.

Life Guide does not have a Facebook page. Any photos I take will be given to you for your pleasure. I will always send them to you on WhatsApp. If I ever wanted to use a photo for any other reason, I would ask your permission first.

I aim to send out bills monthly even if we have only had one session that month.
